Parker Varney Elementary School Renovations

Renovations were done to bring the school in compliance with ADA regulations. These renovations include a two story addition to house a two stall elevator as well as handicap ramps in all the entrances. On top of the ADA additions, some other minor renovations are being done including the addition of eight new windows.
Stone Terrace Condominiums

During the Spring of 2001, Pilot Construction, Inc. began building a luxury apartment complex in Manchester, NH. Consisting of three buildings, the community was comprised of two apartment buildings, a community center and a swimming pool. A total of 132 units were divided between 75 and 57 unit structures. Each apartment building has basement parking with three elevator accessible stories above.
Bend O’The River Apartments
Pittsfield, NHBend O’The River Apartments Project Description
To convert the heating system from electric baseboard to forced hot water, Pilot added mechanical rooms onto two buildings. Through underground connections, this system heats all four structures.
Interior modifications included the remodeling of the bathrooms in all units. One kitchen was also renovated to reflect ADA specifications.
Concord Fire Headquarters & Communications Center

Pilot Construction has restored three historical buildings in Concord, New Hampshire for the Concord Fire Department. One building serves 26 communities as a 911 emergency communications center. A second building, dating from the 1890’s, was converted to a training center. The last building houses offices for key personnel.
Unoccupied for over fifteen years, the architect and Pilot Construction worked closely with the historical society to create both an accurate and utilitarian restoration. Careful consideration was given in particular to masonry, slate, copper, and windows.
On November 1, Concord Fire Department hosted an open house for the newly complete project. The event, attended by key participants and local dignitaries, celebrated the completion of this incredible project.
Crockett’s Crossing Apartments

Located in Somersworth, New Hampshire, Crockett’s Crossing consists of eleven buildings of new construction. The complex contains 10 townhouse style apartment buildings comprised of forty-six units. An eleventh building contains a daycare facility which completes the community.
Inn at Deerfield
Deerfield, NHInn at Deerfield Project Description
The Inn at Deerfield is now a 28 room extended care facility for Alzheimer’s patients. The 10,000 square foot structure is wood frame with vinyl siding. The single story building serves an important function in its community.
Lord and Scott Halls at UNH Renovations
Durham, NHLord and Scott Halls at UNH Renovations Project Description
Located on the Durham campus of the University of New Hampshire, Lord and Scott Hall dormitories were renovated during the summer of 2000, Both buildings required an upgrade of the fire alarms and the installation of sprinkler systems. Additionally, a four story stair tower was added to Lord Hall.
Old Navy Store

In October, 2000, Pilot Construction broke ground on a new Old Navy Store located in Nashua, New Hampshire. The 25,000 square foot retail space has the same style as other Old Navy stores. In addition to the construction of the store, the adjacent Burger King’s drive-thru and parking lot was renovated by Pilot to accommodate the new building.
Penacook Place Apartments, Phase I and II

Pilot Construction completed the first phase of construction on the Penacook Village Apartments. The complex consists of 3 buildings containing 30 units each and a community building with a swimming pool.
A second phase with 2 more buildings began in mid-August 2002. Identical to the three buildings that completed in the first phase, two more have been added. Each building contains 30 additional units. The completed complex consists of 5 buildings, a community building and a swimming pool.
Stoneridge Condominiums

Stoneridge is a 12 unit garden style complex. Each unit has individual heating, air conditioning and secured attic storage. It is located in York, Maine and is in walking distance to York Beach.
Woodland Commons Apartments

Construction began in November of 1998 on Woodland Commons in Kittery, Maine. Consisting of 8 buildings with 64 units and a clubhouse with one additional unit, the complex contains 2 distinct designs, a townhouse style and an apartment flat. Originally overbudget, Pilot worked closely with the owner to successfully keep the project within the necessary financial constraints. Currently managed by the Housing Partnership, Woodland Commons is an attractive, functional community.
